EQU-18643 - USA (Patchogue, New York) - Electronic Whiteboard Installation and Removal Services - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic whiteboard installation and removal services to the government authority located in Patchogue, NY.– Installation consists of new equipment or replacing current equipment at the site.– Successful Vendor is required to unbox board and brackets.– The Successful Vendor must have knowledge on which bracket(s) need to be used.– Installation may be flat surface, flush mounted, portable on wheels mounting or on an over–the–board mounting bracket.– Items to be assembled and installed may be either an integrated board and projector unit, a board plus ceiling mounted projectors and peripherals, retractable movie screens and flat panels’ display.– Installation of an approved electrical surface mounted raceway to contain all cables and wires within the facility.– Installation shall include standard audio components which are included with the board, cabling, ancillary items, IE turnkey, flat panel display, retractable movie screen and projector.– Installation of any component or peripheral item as part of the industry standard package for the item or necessary for the successful installation of the whiteboard, projector, and peripherals. Connection of HDMI and USB cables to the pc or laptop.– Installation must include fully test screen functionality, correct passwords and in screen settings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
