Purchase of New or Unused Aerial Bucket Truck

The County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney – Public Administrator is requesting competitive bids from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as “Bidder”) for Purchase of a New or Unused Aerial Bucket Truck. The awarded Contract will be between the County and awarded Bidder in accordance with the Model Contract Terms, Conditions, Scope of Work and Pricing and Payment. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through OpenGov will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Please review the Invitation for Bid (IFB) prior to submitting any questions, all questions must be submitted through OpenGov by the Question and Answer deadline. Bidders are advised to carefully read the County Terms, Conditions and Insurance Requirements prior to submitting a proposal.
