Vendor needs to provide counselling appointment software.• Google calendar synchronization: Integrates with Google calendar and Gmail to support counsellor scheduling and availability. • Drop–In and crisis queuing management: Supports same–day triage, crisis appointments, and management of urgent walk–in student traffic.• Student self–service portal: Provides a secure student portal with single sign–on (SSO) authentication for appointment scheduling and account access.• Appointment management: Enables students to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments electronically. The system should also support automated email or text message appointment reminders.• Student feedback: Supports post–appointment surveys or feedback collection. • Clinical documentation: Allows counsellors to create, edit, and maintain case notes, and upload supporting documents. • Reporting and analytics: Provides configurable reports and dashboards for appointment activity, services provided, no–shows, cancellations, counsellor caseloads, student utilization, and other operational metrics.   • Electronic forms: Supports configurable electronic forms, including intake forms, informed consent, demographic questionnaires, and other student–facing forms with secure data collection. • Secure telehealth: Provides integrated, secure video conferencing capabilities for remote counselling sessions.
