LEGAL-17242 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Advisory Council Services - Deadline July 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide advisory council services to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• The required services to be provided are to outline a strategy for supporting the agency parent and youth advisory councils and ongoing advisory council support• Contractor will assist agency in compensating participants for attending virtual and in–person meetings and will compensate advisory council participants for travel, meals, and childcare expenses• Contractor will compensate advisory council participants for travel expenses after receipt of an itemized participation tracking document sent by agency on a monthly basis.• Contractor will require itemized travel documents from the participants prior to distribution of funds to participants for the annual in–person meetings• Contractor will be responsible for all booking and coordinating all necessary travel arrangements for approved meeting participants, including airfare, lodging and ground travel.• Leadership qualities, goal setting, time management, and action planning• Ability to communicate effectively• Identifying and addressing strengths, weaknesses, and needs• Transition planning, onboarding, and recruitment• Understanding of the infrastructure needed to support the on–going work of advisory councils and providing the necessary training(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026
