(1) Vendor needs to provide stage audio system replacement services to the government authority located in Reno, NV.– Network equipment cabinet.– 2–channel wire old raceway.– POE+ network AV switch.– Digital Signal Processor (DSP).– Touch Control Panel.– FM Assisted Listening System.– 4–Channel Wireless microphone receiver and wireless microphones.– Wired microphone, microphone cable and stand.– AV–Over–IP Encoders and Decoders.– Ceiling mounted laser projector and supports.– Wall mounted manual projection screen and supports.– Dual XLR input plate.– 3–gang flush wall box and 3–gang decora plate. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 16, 2026.
