(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing communications, creative, media, public relations, web and campaign support services.– Marketing, communications, creative, media, public relations, web, and campaign support services for higher education.– Projects of varying size and complexity, which may include comprehensive campaign development, academic program or event promotion, digital ad sets, branding, market research, creative asset production, web strategy, public relations, media placements, social media management, analytics, and performance measurement.– Web strategy, UX/UI recommendations, wireframes, page design concepts, information architecture recommendations, site structure recommendations, content hierarchy, navigation recommendations, redesign recommendations, and implementation plans, as applicable.– Program, sub–brand, and brand extension platform development  – Digital, web, UX/UI, and landing page support – Social media management– Audience research– Direct marketing– Target audience marketing– Marketing plans and promotional campaign development– Public relations, media relations, editorial, and earned media support– Media buying– Analytics and performance measurement– Event and activation support– Project management and reporting– Creative and content development (2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
