Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide and install a turn-key, grid-tied photovoltaic system for the Loudoun County Emergency Homeless Shelter (LEHS) located at 19520 Meadowview Court in Leesburg, Virginia. As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), the County received a formula allocation of Community Development Block Grant - Recovery Act funds (CDBG-R) which includes partial funding for these solar panels at the LEHS. Therefore, the successful Contractor must comply with all rules, regulations, and requirements of the ARRA and CDBG-R. This includes specific reporting requirements and compliance with the current Davis Bacon Wage Rate.
