Temporary Emergency Shelter

The City of Aurora, Illinois seeks to contract with qualified non/not for profit and other community organizations for the safe hosting, management, and operation of temporary emergency shelter offering temporary housing and comprehensive services for individuals experiencing homelessness during the winter months. This RFP is intended to identify an organization, or organizations, with the capacity, experience, and expertise to host, manage, and operate a temporary emergency shelter within the corporate limits of the City of Aurora for vulnerable populations.
