The selected provider will work in close coordination with shelter operators to ensure guests have timely access to services that promote housing stability, self-sufficiency, and overall well-being.</p><p data-end=\"908\" data-start=\"597\">Core services may include but are not limited to housing navigation, case management, benefits assistance, employment support, behavioral health linkages, and coordination with community resources. Services must be trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and designed to help clients transition from homelessness to permanent housing.</p><p data-end=\"1252\" data-start=\"910\">This RFP is intended to identify experienced and mission-aligned organizations capable of providing consistent, high-quality support within shelter settings or nearby service locations. Providers should demonstrate a track record of successful engagement with vulnerable populations and measurable outcomes in housing placement and retention.</p>",
