(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive user fee study service to the government authority located in Tiburon, CA.       – Conduct a comprehensive review of the fee schedules, rates, and charges.– Review project schedules and address questions related to successful development of the study.– Provide the final comprehensive user fee study as a PDF for staff, council, and community use.– Full cost of service analysis.  – Staff engagement and process review.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
