EM Johnson WTP Liquid Oxygen and Equipment Lease

EM Johnson WTP Liquid Oxygen and Equipment Lease: The City of Raleigh wishes to contract for the purchase of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) as stated in the specifications below for a period of Five (5) years. LOX tanks and equipment will be installed by the contractor and leased from the contractor. Contractor shall provide annual lease cost for tanks and equipment and bill monthly. Contractor shall be responsible for all maintenance of tanks and equipment. Contractor shall be responsible for remote monitoring of tank levels and making deliveries before the tanks reach low level.
