Liquid Oxygen Refill, Delivery and Tank Rental

This request for quotes is for liquid oxygen/cylinder rental and supplies. Quotes shall include pricing for: 160-liter liquid oxygen holding tank, Tank Refill, Tank Rental and Delivery Charge. Vender will pick up empty tank from the Public Safety building located at 6575 North W Street and swap them out with refilled liquid tanks weekly. There may be times that an additional delivery will be needed in the same week. Vender must be able to respond within ten business hours of notification being provided. Estimated quantities for each are 75 160-liter refills, tank rental of two 160-liter tanks for 365 days and 75 deliveries. Encase of emergencies, vender must have the ability to refill an ambulance at your facility located in Escambia County,
