Owner Advisor COB Water & Waste Water

The City of Banning (City) invites qualified firms (Offeror) to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide as an Owner Advisor (OA) for several water and wastewater related projects in the City of Banning including: 1. Nitrogen removal upgrades and tertiary treatment improvements at the City of Banning Wastewater Treatment Plant. The delivery method of this project will be design-build or design-build-operate. 2. Drilling of new potable production well(s) (Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build) 3. Chromium-6 Treatment Facilities (Design-Bid-Build or Design-Build) The City intends to select one to three firms to act as a bench of on-call consultants. The City will later select one firm (best fit) for each project listed above. Proposals are requested from Companies that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks identified in this Request for Qualification (“RFQ”).
