Consulting Services for Inmate Communication System

The County of Orange via the Sheriff-Coroner Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Consulting Services for Inmate Communication System. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the RFP and must be capable of providing services identified in Attachment A - Scope of Work of the Model Contract. Refer to Section III, Model Contract, Attachment A, of this RFP for an expanded description of the Scope of Work to be performed. This RFP is an opportunity to allow qualified Respondents to present proposals that will assist the County in obtaining Consulting Services for Inmate Communication System in the form of a fixed fee based service contract for a three (3) year term, with the option to renew for six (6) additional one year terms. Respondents are advised to carefully read all requirements prior to submitting their proposals.
