Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fifth Edition September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from asst.procsp.po@fbr.gov.pk and inspect the bidding document during office hours 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Business Days ) at the address given below, at least three (03) days before the bid submission deadline. The bidding document in English may be downloaded from www.fbr.gov.pk/tenders without any fee(s)/ charge(s). A Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on 24th July 2026 at 11:30 hours (PST) in FBR House, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad, the pre-bid meeting can also be virtually attended through link provided in the RFB Document. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 11:30 AM dated 20th August 2026 . Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 20th August 2026 i.e. immediately after the bid submission deadline.
