(1) Vendor needs to provide citizen satisfaction survey platform. – Design, administer, analyze, and report on a comprehensive citizen satisfaction survey.– Provide a statistically valid citizen survey platform that captures resident sentiment beyond social media.– Statistically valid, representative sampling that ensures all segments of the community are Heard, not just vocal outliers on social media.– Deliver clear, user–friendly dashboards and reporting tools that make results accessible to city council, staff, and the general public.– Social media or public sentiment monitoring and analysis tools.– Community engagement platforms or modules e.g., project pages, interactive engagement tools.– GIS mapping of survey results.– Provide comprehensive statistical analysis of all survey responses, including demographic and geographic breakdowns.– Survey design and development collaborate with the city manager’s office and designated staff to develop a comprehensive citizen feedback survey instrument.– Data analysis and reporting provide comprehensive statistical analysis of all survey responses, including demographic and geographic breakdowns.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
