RFP - Shopping Center Analysis RFP Short Description of Services The City of Lake Forest is seeking a qualified firm to conduct an in-depth analysis of our current shopping center inventory. The objective is to provide a comprehensive report outlining challenges, opportunities, and strengths of targeted shopping centers and mixed-use sites, evaluating existing retail market conditions and recommending strategies for economic growth within the City. The firm will also suggest transition or re-tenant options based on shopper preferences and economic trends, ensuring the analysis caters to both current and future retail needs. The City aims to better understand market trends, demands, and best practices, seeking collaboration with the chosen professional firm to identify retail leakage, site opportunities, community strengths, stakeholders, and business development prospects. The analysis will focus on designated Centers listed in the Scope of Work and include assumptions for the build-out of the Meadows Development and Portola Center Developments currently under construction.
