Concession Stand Services at Hancock Park

The City of Clermont is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate concession stand services at Hancock Park. The successful respondent shall provide a manual food service operation offering a variety of food, beverage, and other City-approved promotional or picnic-related items for park patrons. Services must be provided in a safe, clean, and efficient manner and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and City requirements. The concession operation shall include City-approved menu items and pricing, proper maintenance and cleaning of the concession area, required food safety and employee training, compliance with environmental packaging restrictions, and coordination with the Parks and Recreation Department regarding operations, inspections, and approved marketing or promotional materials.
