OpenGov, which can be accessed at <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/katyisd\">https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/katyisd</a></span>.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; background: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">Katy ISD desires to contract</span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"> Concession Stand Vendor Services.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">The District reserves the right to adjust the quantities in order to achieve the combination deemed to be most advantage to Katy ISD. The estimated annual expenditure is over $50,000, and possibly exceeds that amount as the district grows. <span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13);\">Katy Independent School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide concession stand services at Legacy Stadium. The selected vendor(s) will operate and sell at Legacy Stadium from one of three fully functional concession stand stations/bays. Vendors will be required to sell at all regularly scheduled varsity football games for the 2026 season. They would be expected to service as many playoff games as possible depending on the vendor&rsquo;s ability to staff as dates are fluid due to playoff schedules. Vendors would also be allowed to sell at the district marching band competitions and Katy ISD Commencement Ceremonies. </span></span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 46.5pt; font-size: 12pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(13, 13, 13);\">Vendor shall: </span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 46.5pt; font-size: 12pt; color: black;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 3.15pt 10.5pt; text-indent: 0.5in; font-size: 12pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(13, 13, 13);\">1. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards following health regulations. </span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 3.15pt 10.5pt; text-indent: 0.5in; font-size: 12pt; color: black;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: rgb(13, 13, 13);\">3.
