(1) Vendor needs to provide RMSPlus software.– Provide RMSPlus software licensing.– Software maintenance, updates, technical support, and customer service included with the licensing subscription, including – Provide access to technical support for RMSPlus, including troubleshooting, usage assistance, and incident resolution. – Provide general customer service functions, including help with account access, subscription administration, user onboarding, and configuration.– The subscription must include all routine product updates, security patches, and feature enhancements at no additional cost.
