Construction Manager at Risk Services (CMAR) for the New Player Development Academy at Joker Marchant Stadium

The City of Lakend is requesting sealed statements of interest and qualifications from licensed state certified general contractor and qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to furnish all work, necessary permits, and construction supervision for the construction of the New Player Development Academy per terms, conditions, and specifications contained herein. Upon the completion of the review process, the City intends to enter direct negotiations with the most qualified respondent, resulting in a single contract award. The entire estimated project value, including design and construction, is $33,000,000.00
