Citywide Printing and Mailing Services

The City of Beaverton regularly prepares citywide mailings (newsletters, flyers and postcards) that are distributed to all Beaverton households and businesses. City staff prepare the design and layout of the documents and provide a digital version to the printer for printing and mail distribution. The selected proposer will be responsible for the pre-press production, printing, carrier route mail preparation, and delivery to the U.S. Postal Service of the citywide mailings. Typically, there are 6-8 citywide mailings annually, including a quarterly 16-page city newsletter with an insert. Additional projects may include postcards, folded mailers, and Voters' Pamphlet booklets.
