(1) Vendor needs to provide progressive design–build services to the government authority located in Big Bear Lake, CA.         – Volumetric modular construction process for these facilities based upon the project timeline and initial review of cost figures.– This discipline shall be either a registered architect or a licensed civil engineer or structural Engineer, each of which is authorized.– The design–build project includes all design and construction of this Project, in its entirety, as well as permitting, technical support, and other services and work to be detailed in a final contract.– Perform quality check and value engineering review before submission of design to the district for approval and throughout the construction process.– Provide preliminary design plans and specification for review.– Manage construction staging, temporary facilities, property security.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
