Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę na rzecz Agencji Restrukturyzacji i Modernizacji Rolnictwa, zwanej dalej „Zamawiającym” usługi wsparcia producenta dla dwóch urządzeń Dell Data Domain 9400 od dnia zawarcia Umowy do dnia 30.06.2028r. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza zaoferowanie przez Wykonawców rozwiązania równoważnego do wskazanego w pkt 2 powyżej, spełniającego wymagania, zgodnie z opisem równoważności wskazanym w Załączniku nr 1 do projektowanych postanowień umowy (dalej: „p.p.u”), stanowiących załącznik nr 9.2 do SWZ.
