Vendor needs to provide time and attendance solution.• Single unified platform for time and attendance management and rostering. Separate modules in a system with a single login is acceptable.• Time recording – provide a configurable system for a range of staff types, working hours, work patterns, rostering, cycles, and schedules.• Time management approval & delegation – streamline, automate and integrate the processes for managing and reconciling time.• Rostering – allow managers to perform non–complex rostering and for the configuration of schedules.• Time and attendance reporting – improve reporting capability to assist in resourcing decisions, monitor compliance with the organization of working time act (OWTA) and automate notifications to staff for reconciliation requests• Provide functionality to allow Members of the Houses of the Oireachtas to register their attendance and request attendance reconciliation in line with statutory guidelines.
