Lake Monroe Water Quality Improvement

The County of Volusia, Department of Public Works, Road & Bridge Division, is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the Lake Monroe Water Quality Design at: Clark Street, Childrens Way, Enterprise Osteen Road, and Lemon Bluff Road project in Volusia County, Florida. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Bidders shall bid on all items in order to be considered responsive . The contractor shall provide a complete job, including all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and performing all operations necessary as specified within the plans. The County reserves the right to award any or all project locations included within the solicitation.
