The County of Volusia is seeking the services of a professional engineering consultant (Consultant) for planning, design, permitting, and construction administration & inspection services for improvements to the County’s Glen Abbey Water Treatment Plant, located at 800 Signature Drive, Orange City, Florida, 32763. The purpose of the project is to improve water quality of the finished water produced by the plant. The selected Consultant will be required to work cooperatively with the current Construction Management/General Contractor (Contractor) throughout design and construction. The current Contractor is Wharton-Smith.
