The Town of Manchester, CT is seeking competitive bids for delivery and installation of Computers and Data Technology Equipment for the Keeney Elementary School for the following categories: CATEGORY 1 (IWB) – Interactive LED TV Systems/Audio Visual (Furnish and Install) CATEGORY 4 (VPS) - VoIP Phone System (Furnish and Install) All bid proposals shall be sent electronically and must be received prior to the close of the bid period at 2:00 p.m. local time on the date listed below, and then immediately following, all bids will be opened publicly via video conference and read aloud. Emailed bids received after the specified closing time will not be accepted. Bids will be received until January 18, 2024 @ 2:00 p.m . , at which time and place said bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. See Invitation to Bid and contract documents for other deadlines. No oral, telephone, telegraphic or hard copy proposals will be considered. All bids shall stand available for acceptance for a period of sixty (60) days from the date proposal are received.
