Technology Supplies, Service, and Equipment

Mesa Public Schools / Purchasing Department

Description

The purpose of the Request for Proposal is to solicit vendors who are interested in quoting prices for computer components and repair parts, audio/visual equipment, photography equipment, software licensing, and installation services. Due to the changing face of technology, these categories are melding together and vendors tend to overlap categories. We are looking to establish a pool of vendors who can provide pricing throughout the term of the contract for these 10 categories. This contract is used primarily as needed throughout the school year. Quote requests will be sent for products requested by our end users which are outside of the “Standard” list. The request will be emailed to the pool of vendors for the specific category the item falls within.
