IFB 2026-02 Sheriff's Office Fencing Project

By this Invitation for Bids (“IFB”), the Fluvanna County Board of Supervisors (hereinafter the “County”) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified licensed contractors (herein referred to interchangeably as “Contractor” or “Bidder”) to establish a firm fixed price contract with Contractor to furnish, deliver, supply and install all necessary labor and materials associated with the installation of a decorative metal and chain link fence including gates at the Sheriff’s Office (“Fence Installation”) and complete any and all necessary or appropriate associated work at the site (“Site Work”) or other work in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. Collectively, the work on the Fence Installation, Site Work and any other work required by this IFB is referred to herein as the “Project.” Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for July 22, 2026.
