Leon County Sheriff Office 3rd Floor Remodel Project

Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to relocate the Sheriff and his selected staff from the first floor to the third floor. The project area is approximately 1,680 square foot of demolition and renovation. The third-floor area will be evacuated before construction begins. Renovation to include new wall partitions, interior windows, doors, and ceiling system. The required systems will also be included, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electric, Fire protection. Furniture and office equipment to be relocated or purchased by the Owner. The Sheriff’s Administration Building has restricted access. Personnel working in the area are required to be escorted and will not be allowed to freely walk around the building. Estimated project duration of 120 days once a contractor has been selected.
