Rural Community Health Support Program

The purpose of the Rural Community Health Support Program cooperative agreement is to develop, deliver, and coordinate nationally available technical assistance that supports community-based organizations and rural health stakeholders serving rural populations to improve and expand delivery and access to quality care for rural communities. Eligibility: All domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entities including domestic faith-based and community-based organizations, tribes and tribal organizations.
