A&E Services for 2295 Harbor Road

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Consultant”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms to furnish/provide architecture and engineering services for the renovation of a restaurant facility located at 2295 Harbor Road. The City desires to address priority renovations and repairs identified in the facility condition assessment completed for the property, as well as modernize the restaurant facility and make improvements that will be attractive to future lessees. Through this RFP, the City desires to engage a design team that will provide architecture and engineering professional services through a design phase and construction phase.
