REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The County of Orange Human Resource Services, Employee Benefits Division (“County”), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified firms (“Offeror” or “Offerors”) to provide an Employee Assistance Program. This RFP is not being released as the result of dissatisfaction with services being provided by the current vendor but rather an opportunity to allow other vendors to present proposals in order to ensure the County is receiving the optimum level of services for a competitive, cost-effective price. The term of the Contract shall commence on January 1, 2025 and shall terminate on December 31, 2027 (Term). The Contract may be renewed by written mutual agreement of the parties and may require the approval of the County of Orange California Board of Supervisors for each of the two additional consecutive one-year renewal periods.
