Description
A landslide severed a City of Benicia raw water transmission line on Lopes Road between Marsh View and Gold Hill Road resulting in above ground by-pass lines being installed. These by-pass lines and gauges require 24-hour unarmed security/ monitoring to ensure water tight integrity and gauge pressures are within the allowable limits of 90-105 PSI. Furthermore, security to ensure no breaches to the project site by unauthorized personnel, and on-site equipment are not stolen or vandalized.
