Description

What is the solicitation method? The County will issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to select a contractor to convert a signalized intersection to a new single lane roundabout with an additional eastbound bypass lane ("Project"). The Project will include bicycle lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, drainage improvements, landscaping, preemptions signals for emergency response vehicles from adjacent fire station and signing and pavement marking. The County anticipates awarding a Construction Contract to run for the duration of the Project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements. This project includes FDOT grant funding. All applicable grant terms are included in OpenGov and shall control over any contract terms in the draft contract. Grant documents that require Bidder’s signature will be available in the Vendor Questionnaire section
