(1) Vendor needs to provide energy trading and risk management system to the government authority located in California.• Single system to capture physical and financial trades for multiple commodities, including complexcontracts• Perform Day–Ahead and Real–Time physical power scheduling, creating, and managing tags• Capture Real–Time transactions while also maintaining Day–Ahead data• Capture natural gas best available volume (BAV) classification and quantity updates without affecting the original terms of the deal and without requiring the physical logistics module• Capture and store pricing information and curves, and calculate mark–to–market (MTM) for all deal types• Capture and manage counterparty and contract details• Generate confirmations for all trade types• Set and monitor global and trader limits• Produce position and profit–and–loss statements at various levels of granularity to support evaluation of performance and guide trading decisions• Ability to settle and invoice all transactions• Ability to integrate with Munis ERP to pull in summary invoice information• Ability to integrate with Aveva Pi to aggregate select data sets for dashboarding• Automatically upload published index pricing• Support easy exchange of trade and schedule information to support outsourced business activities• Role–based security and an integrated workflow that facilitates movement of trade through the lifecycle(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026.
