Risk Management Information System

It is the intent of Seminole County to obtain a commercial Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS) product that can be tailored to the County’s needs using software options already present in the product from qualified providers. This system shall keep track claim costs, deadlines, documents, dispositions, and more and ideally will interface with our TPA’s information system. The proposed system must provide an electronic means to submit various injury, accident, and incident reports from all departments and the constitutional offices under its self-insurance fund. NOTE: The County will not accept multiple proposals of the same solution as a part of this RFP process. For example, a proposer may not choose to submit a proposal and an integrator submit a separate proposal for the same solution. Only one proposal for each solution will be accepted and reviewed.
