Janitorial Services for City Facilities

The City is seeking a qualified vendor to provide the following non-professional services: The specifications are for a full-service janitorial agreement for the following sites: Base Bid 1A: Civic Center 200 Civic Center Dr Base Bid 1B: Gloria McClellan Senior Center. 1400 Vale Terrace Dr Base Bid 1B: Jim Porter Recreation Center, 1200 Vale Terrace Dr Base Bid 1B: Moonlight Amphitheater. 1250 Vale Terrace Dr Base Bid 1B: Public Works Taylor Yard. 1165 E Taylor Base Bid 1B: Public Works Buena Yard. 2569 Lupine Hills Dr Base Bid 1B: Thibodo Ranch House. 1810 Lupine Hills Dr Base Bid 1B: Rancho Buena Vista Adobe. 640 Alta Vista Dr Base Bid 1B: AVO Theater. 303 Main Street The Janitorial Agreement is to include full-service cleaning per the attached specifications for each site. Proposal must include a complete list of all equipment required and to be used in the performance of this Contract; the list shall include the manufacturer, model/make and number of equipment. Failure to provide this information may be considered as non-responsive and result in disqualification. Proposal must include a complete list of all chemicals meeting the Green Seal GS34, GS37, GS40 and GS53 standards. The list shall include the manufacturer’s brand name and estimated quantities to be used. Any submission not meeting the Green Seal standards must have certification that it meets an equivalent standard Failure to provide this information may be considered as non-responsive and result in disqualification. Proposal must be based on the APPA Custodial Cleaning Standard Level 2 – Ordinary standard.
