Single Source for Lobbying Services

This is NOT a Request for Proposal and there is no solicitation available. The proposed Single Source action is for services for which the City intends to negotiate and award with only one source under the authority of the City of Stuart’s Purchasing Manual, Section 17, and Florida Statutes § 287.057(3)(c). Any response received as a result of this notice shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any response received will NOT be considered as bids, quotes, or proposals. The City of Stuart, Florida intends a single source procurement for lobbying services. The City intends to contract with Jordan Connors Group. Interested firms or individuals may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting in writing their name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, and a statement regarding capability to provide the specified services. All responses received within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of publication will be reviewed by the City. A decision by the City Manager not to complete this proposed action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the City Manager. All responses must be submitted to the City of Stuart at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/stuartfl by Monday, December 29, 2025, at 5:00 pm.
