(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services for janitorial services, building systems maintenance, and ongoing repairs for both interior and exterior of Rest Area (RA) and Truck Parking Area (TPA) complexes to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.• Cleaning and maintenance of ash receptacles and urns• Cleaning of drinking fountains• Dusting of flat surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings• Removal of gum, grease, and debris from walkways and floors• Washing walls and partitions (other than brick)• Cleaning HVAC vents and exterior surfaces of heating and cooling units• Cleaning louvers and ventilation components• Floor scrubbing using appropriate equipment(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on July 15,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
