Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Alabama.– Janitorial services required & performed each week night (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) beginning at 3:00p.m., and complete no later than 12:00 midnight– Empty and clean all wastebaskets.  Replace liners in wastebaskets.  Wipe down any splash marks on or around the wastebasket.  Place all wastepaper and trash into the trash can/dumpster in the main disposal area.– Clean, disinfect with germicidal detergent solution and polish drinking fountains.– Supply closets are to be kept clean & neat at all times. – Microwave ovens must be wiped clean, and sanitize inside and out.– Clean and sanitize all horizontal surfaces (tabletops, counters, desk, cabinets, etc.) within the lobby, kitchen, breakrooms, offices, conference rooms, and group rooms.
