(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services.– Strategic planning services in connection with overseeing the effective and efficient execution of a new five–year strategic plan– Providing comprehensive advice, direction, consensus building, and facilitation with respect to long term planning for educational organizations within the state.– Process and school improvement.– Facilitating comprehensive community and stakeholder input and engagement towards planning.– Work with administration to develop strategic planning team(s), calendar of events, and roles of involved parties– Deliver strategic plan and supplemental planning documents(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
