DES-2612 - USA (Greeley, Colorado) - Document Destruction Services - Deadline July 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide document destruction services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.• Protect sensitive information via secure, on–site destruction.• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance. • Maintain chain of custody and evidence of destruction for audits.• Provide weekly reports of volume per console processed. • Establish direct lines of communication between agency and vendor’s customer service. • Contractor must bid on all locations and services. • Service Types include routine on–site shredding of paper documents, purge projects as requested, and media (tape recordings, CDs, VHS and photo) destruction• Vendor shall provide secure collection containers (consoles), and certificates of destruction• Paper and media must be destroyed by using high–security (P–4) Cross Cut Machines (minimum) capable of shredding into 4X40mm or smaller particles(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 12, 2026
