The purpose of this project is to install a rooftop solar photovoltaic system on the City's newly constructed Storage Facility building featuring a south facing, standing seam roof. It is the City's understanding that the labor in this project will be covered by the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act and as such requires labor be paid prevailing wages.
