Description

Provision of advanced level programming, design and engineering expertise to diverse City areas in the realm of facilities and facility systems. This includes, but is not limited to, investigation and reports, maintenance engineering, renovation, alteration and retrofit, energy management, environmental management, and new construction of City owned and leased space. In general, work under this Contract is intended to provide services for a variety of small and medium size Call-Up Projects whose size, value and time constraints require the prompt response of Consultant resources.
