(1) Vendor needs to provide aviation database solution. – Aviation data contractor to provide a web platform–based future–looking data tool that fills a gap in the current aviation analytics by adding forward booking and ticketing intelligence to traditional historical datasets.– This web platform will help improve airline business development, route evaluation, and internal forecasting accuracy—especially in volatile, fast–changing market environments.– Provide data tool that complements existing historical datasets (traffic, schedules, geolocation), with forward booking ticket data, which provides insight into future traveler behavior, not just prior outcomes.– Dataset shall include forward ticketing booking data, comprising of direct ticket sales for participating airlines, and indirect ticket sales for airlines that do not directly provide data.– Ability to use actual future booking data to identify whether load factors are trending ahead or behind last year(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
