Construction and Maintenance Interior Office Renovation- The proposed renovation includes dividing the current reception/ waiting space into three areas: exterior entrance/ waiting area, conference room, and corridor. The existing exterior doors will be relocated and access to the building will be controlled by electric strike with card reader through the entrance/ waiting area. The conference room will be designed to accommodate as many people as possible with views to the exterior, and the corridor shall provide access between the north and south building wings. Open Office 115 north of the breakroom will also be divided into two separate offices. The north door in the open office will be infilled, and two new door opening will be constructed in the south wall for access to the newly created offices.
