(1) Vendor needs to provide biohazard cleanup and remediation services to the government authority located in Yuma, AZ.– Provide as‑needed cleaning and remediation services to maintain the cleanliness and safety of city‑owned properties and public areas.– Incidents may include human feces, urine, blood and other bodily fluids, blood‑contaminated bulk items, used needles and sharps, and other potentially infectious materials.– Human waste cleanup (feces and urine) – assessment, containment, removal, disinfection, deodorization; restore site to sanitary condition.– Removal of contaminated bulk items – mattresses, bedding, tents, clothing piles, couches and chairs, cushions, foam pads, carpets and rugs, pallets, large debris; handle as biohazard and dispose through approved channels.– Waste handling, transport, and disposal.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 2,2026.
