The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Quotes (RFQ) is to solicit quotes to furnish/provide beverage service and products for concession stands at several locations throughout the City for the Department of Parks and Recreation. Products shall include a variety of fountain drinks and bottled beverages.
